BLAZING HOLY FIRE OF GOD BY JOHN SHAW.
Child of God, you need to be baptized with Holy Ghost Fire. You ought to be clothed with power from on high. Being baptized with the Holy Spirit and fire means to be immersed into the fullness of God’s love to the extent that you become a light to the world (Matthew 5:14) and a flame of fire (Psalm 104:4).
How to prepare your vessel for the fire.
Acts 2
1And when the day of Pentecost was fully come, they were all with one accord in one place.
The day of Pentecost has fully come and you can experience it today.
Assemble together, be of one accord. Go to church. Have corporate prayer. Forsake not the meeting with the brethren.
2And suddenly there came a sound from heaven as of a rushing mighty wind, and it filled all the house where they were sitting.
I like that suddenly. The Holy Spirit will come suddenly and He will quicken you.
The LORD wants to breath His divine life flow into you. The wind of God is waiting to blow you down.
3And there appeared unto them cloven tongues like as of fire, and it sat upon each of them.
You will receive a cloven tongue of fire on your head. Jesus said He makes His angels spirits and His ministers a flame of fire. O HalleluYah!
4And they were all filled with the Holy Ghost, and began to speak with other tongues, as the Spirit gave them utterance.
Jesus wants to fill you to overflowing. He said blessed are those who hunger and thirst after righteousness for they shall be filled. Pray for a holy starvation! Go after God like never before and you will never thirst again.
The Lord loves you, and wants to fill you with His love. His love is fire. If you want God, you will get fire.
Deuteronomy 4:24 - For the LORD thy God is a consuming fire, even a jealous God.
He wants to fill you.
Matthew 5:6 - Blessed are they which do hunger and thirst after righteousness: for they shall be filled.
Hunger and thirst for the living God. You will be satisfied.
Matthew 3:11 - …he shall baptize you with the Holy Ghost, and with fire.
The word baptize means to immerse. Jesus wants to immerse you in His streams of love. He wants to fill you with His fire.
His fire is pure and clean. The fire will purify fire you and make you suitable for the kingdom of heaven. You must be a clean vessel in order for Him to fill you.
How to be clean -
Acts 2.
1. Devote yourself to prayer.
Go in a place where you are alone and close the door.
Matthew 6:6 - But thou, when thou prayest, enter into thy closet, and when thou hast shut thy door, pray to thy Father which is in secret; and thy Father which seeth in secret shall reward thee openly.
Talk to Him as you would a brother. Open your heart and listen for His voice. Wait on Him in the silence of your heart and He will speak to you. Prayer is a two way communication. Pray and God will answer. Pray and Selah.
The scripture says “Is not My Word like fire?” Declares the Lord, “and like a hammer which shatters a rock” (Jeremiah 23:29).
His words are fire, they are spirit and they are life. Let Jesus speak His fire, spirit and life into you.
2.Wait on the LORD.
God will give you prophesies and speak to you but you must wait. God will give you wings and you will fly, but you must learn to wait first .Be patient and wait for Him, ask Him to manifest the fruit of patience.
Isaiah 40:31 - They that wait upon the LORD shall renew their strength, they shall rise up with wings as eagles they shall run and not be weary, walk and not be faint.
We can fly. Wait on Jesus and He will make you soar in the realms of His fiery love. Praise God!
3. Obedience.
Obey the LORD.
Luke 24:49 - And, behold, I send the promise of my Father upon you: but tarry ye in the city of Jerusalem, until ye be endued with power from on high.
4. Assemble together.
Get together. Corporate prayer. Go to church.
Where two or three are gathered in my name I am there in the midst. Jesus is fire. Meet with brothers and sisters in Christ and the anointing will rise up within you.
5. Consecration.
Consecrate yourself to God.
Your altar is on you knees. Bring yourself as a sacrifice. God will sanctify you with fire. Let the God who answers by fire be God.
The first three weeks you where saved, that is what the LORD wants you to stay like. You are to never let the fire go out. A revived state is normal Christianity.
“Fire shall be kept burning continually on the altar; it is not to go out” ( Leviticus 6:13).
Isaiah 33:14-17
14...Who among us shall dwell with the devouring fire? who among us shall dwell with everlasting burnings?
15He that walketh righteously, and speaketh uprightly; he that despiseth the gain of oppressions, that shaketh his hands from holding of bribes, that stoppeth his ears from hearing of blood, and shutteth his eyes from seeing evil;
16He shall dwell on high: his place of defence shall be the munitions of rocks: bread shall be given him; his waters shall be sure.
When you catch the fire, signs and miracles will follow you everyday.
Don’t seek gifts, don’t seek the fire.
JUST SEEK GOD AND YOU WILL BURN - FOR OUR LORD GOD IS A CONSUMING FIRE.
